Can a student of other state get admission in Goa College of Architecture with 66% in state board, 92 in NATA and 226 in JEE paper 2?

As far as I am aware, there are no All India Quota seats in Goa College of architecture. You need have domicile here, but there is a provision for relaxation of domicile period. You can still get admission though under Goan National seat (GN) if your parents/grandparents have been born in Goa.
