Can a student of Polytechnic in mechanical do aeronautical engineering through lateral entry?

Shourya, a student with diploma in Mech.engineering.can go for B.Tech Aeronautical/ Aerospace as first year syllabus for all the branches is almost same. For lateral entry either give LEET exam or opt for good private universities like LPU, MIT, IIIT, DBU, etc that will offer you admission on the basis of your marks in dipoma. Yes, many of the colleges allow this. Some of the colleges in the private sector are Lovely Professional University and Oriental College of Technology.
