No, candidates from other states then Karnataka are not eligible for Karnataka common entrance test. Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) conducts KCET to offer admissions in various undergraduate as well as professional courses like Medical, Dental, Ayurveda, Homoeopathy, Unani, Naturopathy & Yog

Unfortunately, KCET examination is restricted to student from home state only. As student from another state won't be able to appear.
