Can a student pursue B.Com in accountancy honors if he/she has not studied mathematics in class 12th (commerce)?

I am a student of class 12th from commerce stream with accountancy, business studies, economics, English, Hindi and physical education.

Yes, but it also varies for aome colleges but don't worry becayse most of the colleges will take your admission because maths is not much required in B.Com.

There is no need of maths in class 12th in accountancy.

For B.Com Honours, you should have studied maths at your intermediate level.
