Can a student pursue graduate degree regular from Mumbai university after completing 12th from NIOS? and sir/mam i am a average student

Hi Rishabh,
http://www.nioszone.com/universities based on this, University of Mumbai accepts, NIOS. So there will not be any issue in applying to the university.
Choosing the group depends on your percentage. All the best.

It is depant on your achieve 12th examination marks percentage.
