Can a student pursue his studies in in Canada after completing 10th from India?

I have a friend in India and he did his grade 10th in 2013. Due to some complications, he was not able to pursue his further studies. Can you suggest some relevant information for him and if he wants to go to Canada, what will be the procedure?

Hi Mehak, A minimum of 12 years education is required for further studies. He can search for high schools to complete his 11th and 12th otherwise he won't be qualified for further studies. An important thing here to note is schooling can be expensive for international students, for the locals its
