    No, you cannot. LLB is a regular degree course, and you cannot pursue two degree courses together.

    It depends on the university or college whether they will allow you or not.
    If they refuse but you do other course simultaneously and get caught, they can cancel your degree or rusticate you.
    It's better to contact with the college you are presently studying or going to study in.
