Can a student pursuing B.Tech in IT eligible for UPSC exam?

Obviously. Why not? Any graduate from any indian university recognised by ugc can appear upsc civil service exams. Prepare well. This year prelims is on 7/8/2016 and last date of form fill up is near. Fill it soon. All the best. Thank you.
