Can a student reappear 12th for 3 subjects and get admission in IIT?

This year I have appeared for 12th and GOT 80% in English, Hindi, Geography but only 60% in P, C, M I wish to give my 12th again with only Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics. Please help. I did my 12th from Maharashtra HSC Board.

Hi, You have to clear all your backs first and only then you can get admission in IIT.

Yes, you can give improvement, score 75% and then you will become eligible.
