Can a student shift from BA regular to BA correspondence after first year from pune university?

I am a first year regular BA student in pune university, and from second year onwards i want to do the BA course as a correspondence student. will this be possible in my stage?

IGNOU has the facility of credit transfer, go to the university office where you are studying and get the knowledge. After that you are required to show your marksheet/(s) to IGNOU so that they can transfer your credits to their program similar or equivalent or equal to that of the program you are p
