Can a student still prefer the USA for higher studies?
The new visa rules have come into effect and there has been rise in the minimum wage.

Hi,
With the changes still going on with H1B visa, one can wait and watch how the things unfold. Though strictness in the visa rule has affected the inflow universities are more than happy to welcome students for studying with them.
