Yes, till August you have chances, but for that you have to visit the campus. From there only, you can get an opportunity to have a seat there.

Hey, Usually, it depends on college and the time they start there new session. Most of the college start the new session from November but some in August also. It also depends the place of yr college. Hope this might help you. Good luck and have a bright future.
