The probability of not getting admission is high. But, would suggest you talk to the kiit officials through the number given on their sites as there might be chances that they have changed their norms.

The eligibility criteria of KIIT School of Management for BBA is given below.
Eligibility & Selection Process: Minimum 50% aggregate marks in class 10th and class 12th Examinations.
Candidates those who have appeared in the 12th examination and expecting results before 30th June 2019, can also apply for the programme Candidates those who have appeared in UGAT, can apply with the valid UGAT Score.
So from above your compartment exam is most likely to be held in the month of July. So you can not be eligible for KIIT SOM BBA.
