5 years agoYou have to first check if universities accept migrations. If they do the required documents would be mentioned in the notice. Ideally migrations are done after completion of 2nd year and documents required are an NOC from the institute, Marksheets of previous semesters and an application regarding migration. -
Yes, you can change, but there's a lengthy procedure associated with it. Make sure that you have no arrears pending in your current college before starting the procedure. I would suggest you get in touch with both the universities for information regarding change of university.
