Can a student weak in mathematics get admission in hotel management course?

Hi Garvit, You do not need to be excellent at mathematics to work in the hospitality industry. To pursue a Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel /Hospitality management you need to be 12th pass from any stream, the eligibility criteria for admission may differ from institute to institute. In addition, some CBSE schools have introduced hospitality management course after class 10th as an additional subject (vocational), you may opt for the same as that would build a foundation for your aspired career. The eligibility depends on the type of course that you wish to pursue , the details of some courses is stated below: Diploma –Class 10th pass from a recognised board with minimum 40% marks. Bachelor’s Degree: Class 10+2 examination with at least 50% marks. Post-graduation degree: Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university with at least 45% marks.
