    No, a student who didn't score 75% in the 12th examination can still give the JEE Main exam. The eligibility criteria for appearing in the JEE Main exam are as follows:
    For admission to NITs, IIITs, and CFTIs: Candidates must have scored a minimum of 75% aggregate marks (or be in the top 20 percentile) in their 12th class examination or equivalent qualifying examination. This requirement is relaxed for SC/ST candidates, who need a minimum of 65% aggregate marks.
