Dear Jay, It is not possible to join Merchant Navy after completing 10th standard. You will at least have to complete 12th standard to get job in Merchant Navy. Therefore I will suggest you to continue with the studies. After completing school the candidate can apply for the deck cadet job in the

No, it's not possible because it is a required criteria to pass in PCM with 60% marks. You may give class 12th exams again or go for any other options.
