Can a student with 1.10 Lakhs OBC NCL Rank and 3 Lacs CRL Rank in JEE Mains get CSE in a government college through CSAB?
Getting a Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) seat in a centrally funded government college (like NITs or IIITs) through CSAB counseling with a 3 Lacs CRL (and 1.1 Lacs OBC-NCL Rank) is highly unlikely.

Yes but it is a rare chance to get CSE with 3 lack general rank because there is only few left government colleges are got to students after Jossa councelling with rank under 1lack ( general).
