    Yes, a student with at least 50% aggregate marks in Class 12 is eligible to apply, provided the subjects include Physics, Chemistry, English, and either Mathematics or Biology. They must also appear for the entrance exam conducted by MVN University, followed by successful participation in the counselling process conducted by HSTES.
