Can a student with 51% in 12th appear for CAT and get admission in an IIM?

Hi Samyak, As your 12th marks is 51%, it will be difficult for you to get in an IIM. But, you can appear in CAT exam and get admission in a good private college, if you score good in CAT. Best of luck.

Hello, It is difficult as you have to depend solely on your CAT score as your profile is not so good.

Hello, Yes, you can surely for the CAT at that 12th score as long as you have at least 50% marks in your graduation. However, without a great CAT percentile and a good profile, it will be extremely difficult to get admission in the IIMS.
