Can a student with 6534 rank in UPTU get JSS, Noida to purse CSE in the 2nd round?

    I am not sure for 2nd round but you may get CS in third or fourth round of UPTU counseling. At 6534 rank CS in JSS it is difficult to get in first 2 rounds.
