Arts student can apply for NIFT but for the apparel production course, you need to have Physics, Chemistry and Maths as compulsory subjects in 12th.

The eligibility for the two institutes is mentioned below :
NIFT :
An arts student student can apply for Nift but for the apparel production course, you need to have physics, chemistry and maths as compulsory subjects in 12th
NID :
An arts student can apply for the B.Des course from N
