    You can't do B.Tech, but you can go for mass media or a web designing course if you are interested in computers.

    No, PCM is necessary for pursuing B.Tech. You can pursue Diploma in computer science on the basis of your class 10th then you should take lateral entry admission in the second year of B.Tech after completing the diploma.Diploma course.
