Can a UP board student take admission in Gujarat or Surat University? I have done 12th with 87% marks from UP board.

You can take admission in a Surat university even if you have done higher secondary examination from boards other than the Gujarat board according to the rules of the university. You can get admission in Surat university according to the cut off marks of the university.
