Yes you can do both things through correspondence or distance learning programme. In Bachelors programme, classes are usually around 5 hours a day with an hour of gap in between on an average. Hence, full time course will not be possible with a full time job. You can do a part time job within a campus, there will be lot available with your professional Experience. Moreover, if you don't want to leave, chose the distance programme.

No one can do so. One cannot do both the things because attendance is compulsory.
