Yes you can do both things through correspondence or distance learning programme. In Bachelors programme, classes are usually around 5 hours a day with an hour of gap in between on an average. Hence, full time course will not be possible with a full time job. You can do a part time job within a camp

No one can do so. One cannot do both the things because attendance is compulsory.
