Yes, you can get a seat in NITK. You may get a seat in chemical, civil or mining branch in NITK. For more enquiries, refer the last year's cutoff.

The last year highest closing rank up to seven rounds at NIT Surathkal was 15001(AIR) in your category under HS quota. While in two special rounds this was gone up to 122250. Hence, you have chances here.
