Can an 18-year-old apply for B.Sc in Hospitality and Hotel Management because it shows minimum age as 22 years?

It is nothing like that. You can apply for IHM entrance next year, because now the seats must be over. 22 years is the maximum age. If you are 10+2, that is sufficient.
