Yes, an average Indian student from tier 2 or tier 3 cities can join Dallas Baptist University (DBU) as an international student. More than 100 undergraduate and graduate degree programmes at DBU are open to students from all around the world. International candidates must, however, fulfil DBU's entrance standards.
