    Any student from tier 2/tier 3 cities who wants to move to the United States for further studies can join Louisiana State University.

     However, it is mandatory for the respective students to match their preferred course-specific eligibility criteria prescribed by the university for admissions.

    The University welcomes applications for admissions from all around the globe, including India.

    Yes offcourse, an average Indian student from tier 2/tier 3 cities can join Oklahoma State University, they must meet the admission requirements.

Students are also advised to go through the tuition and fee of their preferred course to pursue at the Louisiana State University so that they can prepare the required funds and the university and accommodations as well.
