    Yes you can join the University. You should have a good GRE score and you should have great knowledge of the subject. You are also required to take the language test like TOEFL to be able to join Washington University in St Louis.

    Of course, an average Indian student from tier 2 / tier 3 cities can join Washington University in St. Louis. It is not impossible, but it does requires hard work, dedication, and preparation.     Yes it is possible. You should have incredible acads. Then your GRE score. Try to get as high as possible . You have to take TOEFL exam as an international student for language test.
