Can an average indian student from tier 2 / tier 3 indian student join Northern illinois University?

<p>Yes you can take admission in this university if you are from tier 2 or tier 3 University but you just need to qualify there admission requirements like 6.5 score in IELTS and some other conditions&nbsp;</p>
