    Yes, an average Indian student can join Dominican College of Blauvelt on meeting all the admission criteria. A minimum of 2.6 is usually needed on a 4.0 scale for admission; many students can achieve that. Even standardized test scores from SAT or ACT are not required in most cases as the admissions are also available based on absence of these.
