<p>Yes, an average Indian student can join Icahn School of Medicine all he needs to do is pass the english proficiency tests like TOEFL, IELTS passing the eligibility criteria of each tests. The application fees is not needed. The institute welcomes the students from all the countries. The documents needed are SOP, LOR and CV. The money required to study at the MDS course is INR 40 Lacs and the money required to study at MS course is INR 26 Lacs to INR 34 lakh.</p>
