    Yes, any average Indian student can join the New Zealand College of Business if they meet the eligibility criteria of having a recognised bachelor's degree, adequate command over the English language evidenced by the IELTS 6.0 bands for all undergraduate courses and 6.5 for all postgraduate courses, and probably a two-to-five-year work experience for some programs like the MBA. Moreover, a student has to prove his or her ability to pay the tuition fees and living expenses, which are about NZD 20,000 - 34,875 or 10,08,440 INR per annum in New Zealand and is generally considered affordable.
