    Yeah, if an average Indian student fulfills the criteria, he or she is liable to join the University of Glasgow. In fact, the university accepts a lot of qualifications, including Indian Higher Secondary Certificate (12th grade). Programs that are highly competitive, such as engineering or medicine, would take higher entry requirements, but on the other hand, for other programs, students with average performance would still probably stand a chance, provided they pass the entry minimum qualifications.
