Yes, why not? Every one can achieve success by a proper strategy and preparation. No one is made to get admission in IIT or NIT but we have to make ourselves able to do so. So focus on study and proper preparation you will absolutely get success.

Please don't doubt your caliber like that. You can crack any exam if you practice hard and understand the approach to it. Even if you feel like that, I can tell you that you don't need to do JEE, you can complete engineering from any other good institute like bits, vits etc. and start a good career.
