Can an engineering drop out get lateral entry admission into the BSc IT course?

<p>Hello Unaiza Shaikh, normali speaking the eligibility condition for giving admissions for an undergraduate course is passing of 12th standard examination. You have not done this. But on the other hand you have passed your Diploma examination. Many state governments in India have declared Diploma to be equivalent to 12th standard examination. You need to approach the institute from which you did your Diploma studies and obtained the certificate of passing from there. Same Institute will give you the equivalence certificate of Diploma with 12th standard. Once you have it with you then you can see admission for any undergraduate course.<br>Best wishes to you.</p>
