Yes, an engineering student can study MBA in hotel management, it totally depends on your Subject of interest and your job satisfaction because job satisfaction is the important aspect you have to consider.

Yes why not. You can do the MBA in Hotel Management after your Engineering even you can go with Ph.D. also if you have done MBA already in engineering. https://www.distancelearning.edu.in/.

Entrance exam for MBA is MBA - CET. Good colleges for MBA are Symbiosis college of management. IIM ( Indian Institute Of Management ) etc.
