Can an English graduate with films studies and journalism as pass subject appear for b.ed course?
I have checked in various website of different colleges in kolkata that a candidate must have school level subjects during degree course to be eligible for b.ed course. I am an english graduate with film studies and journalism as pass subject. What should I do to get school level teaching job?

Hi,
The general eligibility conditions to pursue B.ED are:
(a) Bachelor's Degree with 50% marks in aggregate in the 10+2+3 or 11+2+2 pattern, or with a minimum of 55% marks in aggregate in the 10+2+2 or 11+3 pattern
(b) Having studied at least two subjects at the bachelor's degree level, to be later taken as school teaching subjects.
So you can pick English and Journalism.
