can an indian citizen , who has done their graduation in australia be eligible for civil services. im 21 yrs, and did my +2 in india and now doin my bachelors in IT in sydney.

Yes, Provided the university from which you doing Bachelors in IT is recognized by Indian Govt or UGC.
