Can an online degree holds recognition by UPSC. Would I still be eligible to appear for UPSC exams with an online degree?

Minimum Educational Eligibility: The candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in any discipline or equivalent (online/distance degree) from a recognised higher education institution. The students in their final year of graduation are also eligible to take the entrance examination.
