Can an under age student 13-years old study cyber security?

Hi, There is no age bar restriction to pursue cyber security but it's recommended to take course on Ethical Hacking or Cyber Security at the age of 18+ The reason being kids, teenagers they are always curious and accidentally they attempt different hacking attempts. This is statistics says. Furthermore they have less ability to understand the impact because they take all these attempt to play around and feel proud to damage something which can be a serious consequences and parents will might get suffered.
