Can any body tell me, is the b.ed degree of jammu university and J&K University is valid in Delhi and U.P. Area?

yes b.ed degree from j&k university is valid in all india

Any degree given by any UGC recognised University in INDIA should have validation every where in INDIA. B.ED. Degree from Jammu university & J&K University SHOULD NOT BE ANY EXCEPTION.
