can any body tell me that what has happened to upsee 2011 counselling....??

is there any problem regarding this...when will be date for counselling be announced....??i m reallllly very tnsd abt this..as i have no other opt left..mtu is also not declaring counselling schedule..???plzzzz help me..will i b able to get admission this year..??my upru rank is 8494..
