Can any one do 2 degrees simultaneously one through regular mode and other through distance mode?

In india is it possible to do that.it will be legally correct or not ,as i am doing b.com(h) through distance mode from sol and now want to go for other honor program simultaneously.if it is possible.then whats the procedure for it?please help me out.
