Hi, How to apply- A candidate can apply only online through the UPSC website http://www.upsconline.nic.in. No other mode of application will be accepted. Mode of submitting application form- Candidates have to pay Rs. 25/- (Rupees twenty five only) for examination fees through any branch of SB
