Can any one get a job in IT field with the following academic performance? SSC 51%, HSC-79% (bio- science) and BCA-76%.
If yes, then what will be the next steps? If no, then what to do after that? I'm studying MCA right now.

Don't get depressed. Just do hard work. If you don't run you will definitely be defeated in the race. On the other hand, if you run, there are chances of winning. A time will come when you will be the star.
