Can any one help me please,i'm pursuing 3rd sem pg in comp.science,so can i go for my forth sem project in usa or canada

My self is shiva kumar nagabandi sir presently i'm pursuing my pg 3rd semester in Osmania university the specilaization is computer science. so i'm thinking to go usa or canada for my forth semester project.is this possible.? if yes give me conclusion below
