Can any one pls guide me how to apply for single girl child scholarship 2014 after class 12th cbse.

I have got 82% in class 12th cbse board in 2014 and have passed my class 10th cbse with 9.4 cgpa in 2012 .am i eligible to apply for the scholarship for the very first time as i have never applied for this scholarship earlier.pls provide me the necessary details and procedure to apply for the same.
