can any one plz tell me abt ntpc question paper pattern... is it optional or not?? and how should i prepare for it??

Hi Diya,
NTPC conducts and exam which consist of two papers - Aptitude & Technical.
While in the first part is in general and relates a lot to aspects Synonyms/ Antonyms/ Comprehension/ Fill in Sentences etc.
The technical paper includes questions from 6 disciplines - Electrical, mechanical, Civil,
